They had their own unique fleet of vehicles, including this Austin 1800, based at Heathrow airport, and several Austin 1100s. The car modelled was equipped with a PA loudspeaker on the front and a microphone in the cabin, which allowed the car to be used for the control of crowds, something that was a common and an important part of that particular force's duty.

MAN TGA Feldbinder (John Mitchell Grangemouth) in Red and Silver (1:50 scale) - John Mitchell started the business in 1956 with one vehicle operating from Grangemouth in central Scotland. The business expanded over the years and in 1973, moved to a purpose built, 3 acre, haulage depot with new offices, workshop and storage facilities at Earls Road in Grangemouth. Continued growth saw the acquisition of an additional site in Grangemouth in 1990; this is the Thornbridge Depot - a 26-acre site with 150,000 sq ft of covered warehousing and storage capacity for over one thousand freight containers. The haulage fleet also expanded over the years and now stands at around 100 vehicles. The haulage operation is still based at Earls Road and a further seven acres of adjacent land was purchased recently for container storage. The Company is still family owned and managed by Iain Mitchell - Managing Director, and his sister Catherine Weir - Company Secretary.

Boeing X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle (1:72 scale) - Produced by Boeing, the X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle (OTV) is an unmanned spaceplane created by the USA. The X-37 started life in 1999 as a NASA project, but it was taken over by the Department of Defense (DoD) in 2004. The reusable spacecraft conducts orbital flights and is now operated by the US Air Force to demonstrate reusable space technologies. The first orbital flight of the USAF"s X-37B took place on April 22, 2010 after it was launched using an Atlas V rocket, and landed at Vanderberg AFB on December 3 2010 as scheduled. Its aerodynamic design is clearly based on that of the Space Shuttle. The 8.9m-long and 4.99-tonne X-37B has the ability to remain in orbit for up to 270 days propelled by a single Rocketdyne AR-2/3 rocket engine.
